The bag is so well made! Love the detailing and finishing especially. Also, there are different compartments and a small pocket inside which makes this perfect for work/travel. Will definitely be ordering from Bear Necessities again.

To be honest bag is so well design or leather is amazing or very clean stitching. Too many pocket easy to caring.

The bag has clean stitching, holds it's shape nicely and overall is good albeit having a different color tone to the one advertised. It seems that it was hastily packed in that awful box in which it came that was ripped open from the sides exposing the product to contamination. The bag had dust all over it which leads me to suspect that it had been sitting in a shelf for a long time. A light leather polish before dispatch could've done wonders in that regard. Last but not the least, the shipping experience was dreadful to say the least. The delivery took over 8 days and the tracking number provided showed "Untraceable address/contact number required" which created a very uncertain situation with regards to location of the package leaving me putting up several complaints with the courier company. I also sent out an email to Bear Necessities but that also in vain due no response. Therefore, i would conclude by saying that my purchase left a lot to be desired beacuse it's not only the product that a customer buys but also the support that comes with it which is also as important.
