I recently bought your hobo tote in midnight brown and I just wanted to reach out and say how much I loved it. The quality is much better than I was expecting. The bag feels so sturdy and rich with amazing feeling leather. Can't wait to use it for many years to come and eventually make use of your repair policy too.
I also own your passport wallet! One suggestion I have for it is to consider add a sim card slot. I've been traveling with the wallet for two years now and that's something I have felt is missing.

I love the two bags I purchased. However, some improvement would truly make them European standard bags.
1- Kyoto zipper does not close and open fluently toward the end as it should do to the design. This may lead to zipper damage in future.
2- inside lining should be of better quality. I feel it will wear out very quickly.
3- the inside pocket would be better with a zipper as no other compartments are there.
