We offer the following payment options within Pakistan:

Shipping charges
We offer free delivery on all orders within Pakistan.
Shipping charges of international orders start from Rs.9,000 PKR and vary with the order value. You will be shown the exact rate during checkout.
Delivery time
Delivery within Pakistan takes between 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery of international orders takes between 6 to 8 working days.
We ship all orders within two working days of having received them unless the product is on 'pre-order'.
Pre-order: Products marked 'pre-order' are usually under production and take an extra 5 to 8 days to deliver.
Return & exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer exchange and refund (store credit) under the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 14 days of its delivery date (for local orders only).
- The product is returned in its original condition. (Make sure you pack the product properly in an appropriate box. We will not accept responsibility if the products gets damaged along the way.)
- In case of an exchange, the customer will have to pay any difference in rates in advance or at the time of delivery.
- Refund is only offered in the form of store credit. Credit worth the value of the original product can be used to purchase another product(s) from the BN online store at any time.
- The customer will return the product at their own cost unless it has a manufacturing defect.
- International customers should contact us on hello@bnbags.com before initiating a return or exchange.

Within Pakistan, you can use the pick-up service offered by TCS by calling 111-123456 or Leopard's Courier by calling 111-300-786. Please ensure that the product is packed properly and in an appropriate box so it does not get damaged along the way.
Lifetime commitment
At Bear Necessities we believe in making customers for life which is why we offer free lifetime repairs and refurbishment of all our products. This includes everything from waxing/polishing to replacement of accessories and stitching (please note there may be some repairs which are not possible or beyond our capacity to perform).
To get your product repaired, please get in touch with us regarding the issue via email or social media and then ship us the product. We'll take care of the rest. :)
